Adrian Ludwig, the former Android security Director at Google has become the Director of Security and privacy for Nest.
Nest, Smart Thermostat company ( purchased by Google) has a new Director of security and privacy. Adrian Ludwig has been the director of Android Security at Google for the past six years. Google is now focusing on Home Automation products which is dedicated to give best every security features.
Nest started with Smart thermostats, grew into Internet of Things now. This has been under the guidance of Google when Alphabet inc acquired Nest in 2014.Adrian Ludwig announced his transition from Google to Nest on his Google Plus profile yesterday.
There is a big flaw in the nest security camera last year which proved there is a serious flaw in the camera which helps anyone with a short range can able to disable the camera using Bluetooth command. This is the main reason, ludwiog has been brought into Nest.
To gain more customer support and trust, Nest will be working with the new Director of Security and Privacy to give best ever security projects in 2018.
