Couple of days ago, we updated a report which said Google is gearing up to announce a new program called Made for Google. And it also revealed that the program will certify third-party accessories, similar to the Apple’s MFI program. Now during the Made by Google event in San Francisco, the search engine made it official.
Under the program, Google will certify all the accessories including cases to wall adapters, USB cables, and earbuds. And the company already sells many of these accessories on their Google Store. Moreover, the program will kick-off with 25 partners.
