Second generation of Pixel XL codenamed Muskie reportedly canceled

Back in March, we got a report which says that the second generation of Pixel XL is codenamed as Muskie. But now a new report suggest that Google has cancelled plans to launch one of these devices, the sources says the removed device is the one which is codenamed ‘Muskie’.

 

 

According to source, Google has reportedly scrapped the development of Muskie. The source also says that the company still working to release smaller variant of second generation Pixel, which was called named as ‘Walleye’. And the Pixel XL 2 which will now be taken over by ‘Taimen’, the Google Pixel XXL 2 was supposed to be the biggest.

 

These reports are not been confirmed or denied by the Google, and always these kinds of early reports gives pinch of salt. So, let’s wait for the official comment on the particular device. Stay tuned with us as we will bring the latest information when it is available.
