We are in a brand New Year and it’s time to unveil new smartphones, and flagship devices are very interesting ones. The South Korean electronics giant LG’s next flagship device is in the hot news for some time now. Recently, we see a report which said that the company will say goodbye to its G series. However, now LG’s official website confirmed that the upcoming flagship device will indeed be called G7.
According to the source, the upcoming flagship device i.e. G7 will be unveiled next month at MWC 2018. And the device will go on sale later in March with the South Korean launch slated sometime in April. The LG G7 will be first available for purchase in the markets such as the US, and then, the device will be available for the customers of South Korea after April 20.
The source also reveals the specification details of the device, the device will sport an OLED display. It will be powered by Snapdragon 845 SoC and it will be paired with 6 GB RAM. Well, this is really great to know as past reports hinted at the G7 coming with Snapdragon 835. Moreover, the device is also coming with quad cameras, wireless charging, Iris Recognition, and last but not the least, IP68 dust and water resistance.
