The social media giant Facebook has added an extra layer of protection on Facebook Messenger as the company has implemented end-to-end encryption for voice and video calls.

Facebook is also believed to expand the security feature in the group chats as well.
Facebook has also confirmed that the end-to-end encryption feature will be implemented in the world’s most favourite social media application Instagram in the near future.
Apart from this, the company has also implemented a new change in the disappearing messages on Facebook Messenger. Now the messaging application will enable users to select time intervals between 5 seconds to 24 hours and after that time, the message will automatically delete from the receiver’s end.
