Aarogya Setu application launched by the Indian government to track and to fight against the deadly coronavirus, having said that, the application is heavily marketed by the Indian government. The app is also made mandatory for all the citizens of the country and now the government has launched the service for the users of the feature phone and that means now there is no need to install an application to access the health tips to kill the coronavirus.
The Aarogya Setu is made available for the users of feature phone via IVRS and that will be available for all the users across the country, to access the service users need to give a miss call to 1921 and they will get a call back with inputs regarding the health.
It will add the collected data to the database of the Aarogya Setu and the details will proceed for sending alerts through SMS to provide status and further instructions.
Apart from the availability of the IVRS feature, the government has launched a new app called AarogyaSetu Mitr and the same can provide free consultancy from doctors and it will also offer ancillary services such as the home collection of samples for Diagnostics and Medicine delivery at home.
