Reliance launched Jio which offers unlimited voice call and data, which shook the Telecom operators and make difficult to sustain with their customers with current offers. To defend the Reliance Jio, Telecom operators has launched lots of offers and freebies, and now the largest telecom operator of the country Airtel has announced a new offer which will give unlimited 4G data for 90 days.
Airtel’s new offer is based on Fair Usage Policy, which means after certain amount of data is consumed, your internet speed will be reduced. The High speed data usage is capped at 30 GB with the validity of 90 days. If you finished the 30 GB before 90 days, then you can access Internet at the speed of 2G.
The pricing of the offer is based below ₹50 per GB, if you are an existing Airtel subscriber then you have to pay ₹1,495 for 30 GB, and you will get unlimited 2G data. And new Airtel user can avail this offer with a recharge of ₹1,494. On the other hand, the Jio gives you 20 GB of data for ₹1,499 with the validity of 28 days. So, if you are not using using the that much, then you are paying a lot on monthly basis.
Currently, the pack is available only in Delhi circle, but Airtel will avail this offer across other circle in the coming days.
