The leading telecom network of the country Airtel has announced it’s Airtel Thanks customer reward program again. The program is classified into three tiers Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
Each and every tier of the reward program will open a new set of benefits to the customers, Silver tier is an entry to the basic content with free access to Airtel TV and Wynk. With Gold, users will get access to many add on telecom benefits, and value access on premium content or financial services.
The Platinum tier, which is the high-end one and that will give VIP service to the users from Airtel, premium content, e-books, device protection and more. Furthermore, one can now watch TV shows, movies, music videos directly on Airtel Thanks app from services like HOOQ, Zee5, and Wynk Music. It is also said to offer exclusive invitations and priority access to events and sales.
That’s not all, the company has also renamed its MyAirtel app to Airtel Thanks. The company claims that the updated version of the app will offer a great app experience, and it is said to be using strong data-science and segmentation algorithms to customize the user experiences.
The offering didn’t finish, Airtel has introduced a new recharge pack worth ₹299. And that will give free Amazon Prime access to the prepaid customers, along with 28 days of validity, unlimited calling, and 2.5 GB data among others.
