It seems Apple is not having good days as the latest version of the software for iPhones created problems and the company rolled out a new update recently to fix all the problems. The newly announced iPhone 14 series is also struggling to impress people especially with the base models. Now the technological giant has filed a massive amount in Brazil for not selling the devices with chargers.
According to the latest information, Brazil’s Sao Paulo civil court fined Apple 100 million reais ($19 million) and ordered that new iPhones sold in the country must come with battery chargers. It is a winning situation from the point of view of a customer.
It is also said that Apple to provide chargers to all consumers in Brazil who purchased iPhone 12 or iPhone 13 devices in the past two years.
Apple was previously fined nearly $2.5 million by Brazil’s justice ministry over the same issue, and the company was banned from selling the iPhone 12 and 13 without chargers.
This kind of rule must be implemented in every part of this world because when you purchase a device you must get a charger or the brands can make it optional and give the power to the hands of the customer whether he/she wants or not the charger in the box before purchasing the phone.
