Asus ROG Gaming Laptops Launched At CES 2021

The Republic of Gamers portfolio of the very popular brand Asus has been expanded at the ongoing CES 2021 event. The company has introduced a couple of laptops along with its peripherals and all the new products are coming with simply cool design along with nice specifications on the board. So without making any further delay let’s dive into the article to check out all the available information of the newly announced products of the company.

Asus ROG Flow X13

It is an ultraportable 2-in-1 gaming laptop and the same can be paired with a new ROG XG Mobile external GPU. The company has introduced the laptop with a Magnesium alloy body and ‘gravity wave’ design, and the laptop is coming with the power of a GeForce GTX 1650 GPU and up to a Ryzen 9 5980HS CPU. Asus offers the laptop with a 16:10 touchscreen along with either 4K 60Hz or full-HD 120Hz panels is protected with Gorilla Glass. The device is also coming with 10 hours battery life with a 62Wh battery and the same ships with a compact 100W Type-C charger along with up to a 1TB Nvme SSD and 32GB of LPDDR4X RAM.


Next on the list is the ROG XG and the same is a mobile external GPU which is actually developed around the new GeForce RTX 3080 laptop GPU, and the device is capable to run at up to 150W. The company also claims that the newly announced item is the smallest eGPU ever, and Asus has designed a proprietary connector and that is backed by Thunderbolt plus eight dedicated PCIe lanes for the GPU as well as an integrated IO hub. Its built-in 280W power supply and the same will power the ROG Flow X13.

Asus ROG Strix Scar 17

The laptop is also coming with an optical-mechanical keyboard, and the same has a laser etching treatment on the lid resulting in different texture layers, customizable “ammo cap” hinge covers, and a translucent fibre glass material on the keyboard deck.

It powers the latest GeForce RTX 3080 GPU with dynamic boost acoustic tuning, along with up to 2TB of NVMe storage, 64GB of DDR4 RAM, a 90Wh battery with Type-C charging, and per-key RGB lighting. The device is also coming with WQHD 165Hz and full-HD 300Hz panels.

Asus ROG Zephyrus Duo SE

It is a special variant of the ROG Zephyrus Duo and the device is coming with ScreenPad+ second screen, but new GeForce RTX 3080 GPU running at 130W with dynamic boost, 2TB of NVMe storage, along with 32GB of DDR4 RAM, a 90Wh battery and Type-C charger. It also features a 120Hz 4K or 300Hz full-HD primary screen.

Asus ROG Zephyrus G15 and G14

The ROG Zephyrus G15 is now coming with GeForce RTX 3080 graphics and a Ryzen 9 5900HS CPU along with a 165Hz screen. It is also coming with a 20 percent larger glass touchpad and soft-touch palm rest. Asus will also offer 3D mic array and 6-speaker setup with dual woofers and the same will offer up to 13 hours of battery life.

While the ROG Zephyrus G14 has been announced with updated display options and the AniMe matrix display on the lid. The company has launched the device with a new Asus virtual assistant called Omni, which can report system performance stats.

Asus also introduced the ROG Claymore II keyboard with a 4000mAh battery, fast charging, and ROG RX Blue or Red optical mechanical switches; the ROG Gladius III Wireless mouse with three connectivity modes, embedded RGB LEDs and swappable switches; the ROG Swift PG32UQ 144Hz 4K IPS monitor with HDMI 2.1 and G-Sync; and the ROG Ryujin II concept EATX gaming case.
