Asus is gearing up to launch its new gaming flagship smartphone series is called the Asus ROG Phone 6 series globally and the company will be launching the new smartphone series on July 5. Now the company has shared teaser of the upcoming smartphone and that confirms an important piece of information.
The company has claimed that the upcoming ASUS ROG Phone 6 series will be the “world’s first IPX4 gaming phone.” the IPX4 rating means that the upcoming smartphone is resistant to water splashes from any direction.
ASUS ROG Phone 6 is expected to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution along with a 165Hz refresh rate and the device will feature an in-display fingerprint scanner as well.
It is also believed that the upcoming device will be powered by the latest and greatest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 mobile processor along with up to 18GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It is expected to come with a massive 6000mAh battery along with 65W fast charging.
The smartphone series is also believed to feature a 64-megapixel triple rear camera and a 12-megapixel front camera.
