Whenever your friends post a picture with your presence in it, Facebook will notify you even if you weren’t tagged by them.
Facebook has improved its services by all means. The Facial recognition system used by Facebook is already doing its job perfectly. But privacy matters here. So Facebook expands the facial recognition system to give more control over your privacy with your identity. This service can be simply turn on and off if you find it is useless. This Photo review uses the same AI technology which also suggests friends list who you want to tag with the help of their picture in your post.
When the person who sets or posts your picture as their post, need not be your friend. They shall be friends in common and you can leave yourself untagged or even report the photo as inappropriate. You will be notified of the untagged picture when you are a part of the image’s audience to everyone. The exception is if the image is set as a profile picture and you will be notified of any fake accounts.
