Back in August, the very popular wearable brand Garmin unveiled new smartwatches, and the devices are called Garmin Fenix 6X Pro, Fenix 6S, and Fenix 6. The Pro variant of the new series is coming with solar charging technology and its world’s first smartwatch to feature such kind of technology. Well, now the company launched the devices in the market of India. So, let’s check out the Indian pricing as well as availability details of the new Garmin smartwatches.
Garmin Fenix 6X Pro
The device features a 1.4 inch display with 280 X 280 pixels resolution, and it has a “Power Glass” solar lens to extend the battery life. The company claims that the watch can deliver up to 21 days of battery life. The screen of the watch has a sunlight-visible transflective layer using power-efficient memory-in-pixel tech. The device also supports the turn-by-turn navigation, topographical and ski maps among others. It also features a new Pace Pro feature which offers grade-adjusted guidance along your run.
It also comes with 32GB of internal storage and that will allow users to store their favourite music on the board. The Smartwatch also supports GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo, it also comes with a barometer which offers weather alerts, it also comes with automatic accident detection as well as heart rate and a blood-oxygen monitor. The watch is 10ATM water resistant and comes with Garmin Pay. Speaking about the pricing, the Sapphire Titanium Carbon Gray DLC with Black Band is priced at ₹94,990, and the Sapphire Titanium Carbon Gray DLC with DLC Titanium Bracelet costs ₹1,14,990.
Garmin Fenix 6S
The device features a 1.2-inch display with 240 x 240 pixels resolution, it has a 42 mm watch face and the new 20 mm QuickFit watch bands.
It comes loaded with heart rate and Pulse Ox sensors, and supports the new PacePro feature with grade-adjusted guidance. It also supports topographic maps, including ski maps for over 2,000 ski resorts. Speaking about the pricing, the pricing of the device will available for ₹82,490.
Garmin Fenix 6
It sports a 1.3-inch display with 260 x 260 pixels resolution and comes in two variants – Steel and Titanium case. It supports 32 GB internal storage and has 10ATM.
This one too comes preloaded with terrain maps akin to all new entrants in the Fenix 6 series, and likewise comes with the PacePro and Power Manager feature for managing the battery life. Speaking about the pricing, the pricing of the device starts at ₹82,490.
