The Mountain View company Google is bringing a new feature dubbed Identity Check and the same is said to add a layer of security to the password autofill outside trusted locations. Today two images have surfaced online and reveals that when this feature is enabled biometric authentication will be required for sensitive actions including accessing saved passkeys and app passwords or changing the PIN, pattern, or password and turning off Find My Device.
It is also said that the new feature will be adding extra security to accounts and the same will make things hard for someone to take over your Accounts signed in on the device.
