The Union Home Ministry of the country has officially introduced a new mobile application and the same will enable eligible people to apply for Indian citizenship under the Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2019. It is one of the very important Applications by the government of India and many individuals were waiting for this application eagerly.
It is worth mentioning that earlier the Home Ministry officially introduced a portal for the same purpose which means eligible people can able to apply for Indian citizenship under the CAA.
The application is available on the Google Play Store and it comes after the rules for implementation of the CAA. The rules are paving the way for granting citizenship to undocumented non-Muslim migrants from our neighboring countries including Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan.
We are not diving into the rules and the implementation of the CAA and this article is just to spread the awareness about the ability of the application for the seeking applicants for citizenship under the new rules.
