The popular PC maker HP has officially introduced its new gaming laptop called the HP Omen Transcend 16 and the same is the slimmest and lightest. So let’s get into the article to check out the details.
The new laptop is coming with a 16-inch display and it is having a mini-LED screen option. The 16 inch model HP Omen Transcend 16 features 2560 x 1600 pixels resolution along with 1,180 nits of maximum brightness. It is also coming with 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage and a 240Hz refresh rate. The other screen option is coming with an IPS panel and the same offers a 1,600 pixels resolution and 240Hz display refresh rate. The entry level screen option is the FHD+ model with a refresh rate of 165Hz.
The latest HP Omen Transcend 16 is coming with an Intel i9-13900HX processor with 24 cores and 32 threads and 5.4GHz clock speeds. The company will offer an Intel i7 processor option will be released at a later date. The device is coming with a maximum RAM capacity of 32GB DDR5-5600 and up to 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD. The device is also coming with RTX 4070 mobile GPU with 130W TGP. The device is also coming with other graphics options including RTX 4050 and RTX 4060.
HP Omen Transcend 16 is also supporting 2 Thunderbolt 4 connectors, 1 USB-A 3.2 for data connection, a USB-A 3.2, HDMI 2.1 video out port, and a combo audio jack. It is also supporting Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. The device is available in 97Wh and 70Wh battery options.
