The Chinese telecommunication giant Huawei its tablet called Huawei MatePad Pro in November last year and today the company has launched the 5G variant of the same – Huawei MatePad Pro 5G. The new variant is coming with a different processor as well as improvements in the battery department. Apart from that, everything remains the same as the 4G variant. The device sports it 10.8 inch display with 2560 X 1600 pixels resolution along with DCI P3 colour gamut and it offers a punch hole setup and a 90% screen to body ratio. It is powered by an in-house Kirin 990 5G processor and the same is built on a more advanced 7nm+ EUV process. It is paired with up to 8GB of RAM along with 512 GB of internal storage and that can be expandable via nanoSD card.
Speaking about the camera, the device rocks a 13-megapixel main camera with f/1.8 aperture, along with an 8-megapixel camera with f/20 aperture. The device comes with support for M-Pencil stylus that 4096-level pressure sensitivity nib. It also features multi-screen collaborative that allow users to clone the phone’s interface on its screen.
The feature can also be used to transfer files between the devices conveniently. You can also connect the device with an optional keyboard, and that will turn the tablet’s interface to computer mode. It runs EMUI 10 flavored Android 10, and ships on 7250 mAh battery that support 40W rapid charging. However, the device comes with 27W wireless charging and the same also supports reverse charging. Finally, the tablet comes in Wi-Fi as well as LTE version.

The pricing starts at €800 and the same will be available in Europe starting in April.
