Vivo S1 which was unveiled earlier this year, and now the company is gearing up to launch the device in the market of India. Vivo will launch the device on August 7 in India, but ahead of that today we got a piece of information about the pricing as well as the storage variants of the Vivo S1 in India. According to the source, the smartphone will be priced at ₹17,990 for the base variant i.e. 4GB RAM + 128GB, while the 6GB + 128GB for ₹19,990, and 8GB + 128GB for ₹24,990. It is also suggested that a cheaper 4GB + 64GB will also launch, but no pricing info is available.
Speaking about the device. it sports a 6.53 in full HD+ display along with 19:5:9 aspect ratio and it is coming without any type of notch on the top of the display. The device is power by Helio P70 processor and paired with 6 GB of RAM, along with GPU Turbo. In terms of storage, the device supports 128 GB of internal storage and that can be expandable via micro SD card.
Moving to the photography department, the Vivo S1 rocks a triple camera setup at the back consisting of 12MP, 8MP (wide-angle), and 5MP (depth sensor) modules. Up front, the smartphone features a 24.8MP pop-up camera. The device also supports a fingerprint scanner and that can be accessed at the rear side, along with in-house Jovi AI-based voice assistant which can be activated by pressing the dedicated button located on the left side.
Regarding the connectivity, the smartphone supports Dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS + GLONASS, and micro-USB. It runs on Android Pie-based Funtouch OS 9 out-of-the-box, and ships on a 3,940 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
