The upcoming iQOO 15R smartphone is confirmed to come with a 1.5K 144Hz AMOLED Eyecare display along with 5000 nits local peak brightness and the device will also support Eye Protection Mode 2.0 that offers features like- Sleep Mode for users that intelligently adjusts colour temperature at night to reduce interference with melatonin production, 1 nit sleep screen that stays clear even at extremely low brightness, colour temperature range for dry eye comfort, and motion prompts that use dynamic visual cues to relieve discomfort by 87%.
It is also confirmed that the upcoming device will be supporting HDR10+, and the display will be housing an ultrasonic 3D fingerprint sensor. The shopping website has also confirmed that the device will come with IP68 & IP69 dust and water resistance. The device will also support connectivity options including Bluetooth 6.0, Wi-Fi 7, NFC, and IR Blaster.
