The Pro variant has the power of the Dimensity 9400+ chipset while the vanilla variant comes with the power of the Dimensity 9300+ chipset. Both chipsets are developed using the Blue Crystal chip stack and the devices run Android 15 with OriginOS 5. The devices also feature floating windows, remote PC control, and cross-device collaboration through the Connection Center. The devices also feature WPS Office, CAJViewer, document editing, and screen extension for a desktop-like work experience. The devices also come with AI-powered tools such as voice transcription, smart meeting summaries, and presentation generation and the same are powered by the DeepSeek-R1 engine.

The latest iQOO Pad 5 Pro comes with a 12,050mAh battery and supports 66W fast charging. While the vanilla variant houses a 10,000mAh battery with 44W charging.
