Just a couple of days ago, we came across a report which suggested that the Chinese electronics giant Lenovo might be planning to kill its Legion smartphone business. Now we got a clarification on this and the same will never bring a smile to the face of game lovers.
A Lenovo spokesperson has confirmed that the company is killing its Legion gaming phone business and the company is doing so as part of a wider business transformation and gaming portfolio consolidation.
It is really sad news for Gamers and it is worth mentioning that Lenovo entered into the smartphone gaming segment in 2020 by launching the Lenovo Legion Pro.
The reports are also suggesting that the company has laid off some workers at its facility and some others have been transferred to other departments like tablet.
