The South Korean electronics brand LG has expanded its K-series portfolio with the launch of two new smartphones – LG K40S and LG K50S. The company will showcase both the devices at the upcoming IFA 2019 event in Berlin. Specifications of LG K40S
It features a 6.1-inch HD+ FullVision display and has 1520 x 720 pixels resolution along with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, it also sports waterdrop shaped notch on the of the display. The smartphone is powered by the 2GHz octa-core processor and paired with 2GB and 3GB RAM. In terms of storage, the smartphone supports 32 GB of internal storage and that can be expandable upto 2 TB via microSD card.
Speaking about the camera department, the LG K40S rocks dual rear camera setup that’s in the combination of a 13-megapixel primary sensor with a PDAF lens and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor with a super wide-angle lens. Upfront, the smartphone also has a 13-megapixel selfie camera. The device also features a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner as well as face unlock and also has dedicated Google Assistant button, it also comes with DTS:X 3D Surround sound which simulates a 7.1-channel surround sound system and MIL-STD-810G.
