After unveiling the LG Q Stylus Series early in this month, now the South Korean electronics brand LG has launched yet another smartphone called LG X5 (2018). Well, this device is the successor of the LG X5, which was launched in last month. So, let’s have a look at the specification details of the newly unveiled LG device.
The LG X5 (2018) sports a 5.5 inch HD display with 1280 X 720 pixels resolution. The device is powered by MediaTek MT6750 processor and paired with 2 GB RAM. The device has 32 GB of internal storage and it can be expandable via microSD card.
Coming to the photography department, the device has a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and it also has a 5 megapixel front facing camera to capture selfies and for the video calls. The device also comes with a fingerprint sensor which not only allows you to unlock the smartphone, but also to shutter button to let users easily capture shots with a single tap and double tap respectively. Moreover, the device also comes with the company’s own payment service called LG Pay, which allows you to make payments without using your credit or debit cards, which means you can make your payment easily and quickly.
In terms of connectivity, the device supports 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Micro USB, 3.5mm headphone jack, GPS. The LG X5 (2018) runs on Android Oreo v8.0. The whole device is backed on 4,500 mAh battery to keep the lights on. Speaking about the colour choices, the device will be available in Moroccan Blue.
Moving to the pricing and availability of the device, the smartphone is coming with the price tag of KRW 363,000 (approx. ₹22,400) and the device will be available via major carriers in South Korea including SKT, KT, and LG Uplus. Right now, there is no information about the availability of the device in other parts of the globe.
