The Chinese electronics giant Xiaomi selling smart TVs in the market of India for the past couple of years, but never introduced a single accessory for the televisions. However, now the company is all set to follow the path of OnePlus as it is officially confirmed that Xiaomi is bringing its new webcam for the smart TVs in India.
Xiaomi has officially confirmed that its upcoming webcam called the Mi TV Webcam will be introduced in the market of India on June 24. Apart from the launch date, the company has also confirmed some vital information of the device.
It is confirmed that the upcoming webcam will support Full HD (1080p) video streaming and the device will offer dual far-field microphones with 3D noise reduction technology. The company has also confirmed that the Mi TV Webcam will feature a clip for sturdy grip and a camera shutter for privacy.
Separately, the tipster Yogesh says that the upcoming device is an ODM product made by Seevo. He also says that the upcoming device is exactly the same as the webcam of OnePlus and the difference between them is the branding.
That means the upcoming Mi TV Webcam will have a USB Type-C port, magnetic clip for attachment, and support for Google Duo.
