New Rumour Suggests iPad Mini With A15 Bionic & More

Apple Announces ‘One More Thing’ Event

Rumours are going around for a while about the launch of new iPad mini. This iPad Mini series is widely popular because for many it’s small size is sufficient, especially for school students. And also it’s the cheapest iPad as compared to other series. The last iPad mini was launched back in 2019 with A12 Bionic chipset and 7.9 inch display. So it’s good time to upgrade this line-up and today’s leak is about the same.

The new iPad Mini has a codename “J310”. It comes with Apple’s upcoming A15 Bionic processor, which is supposed to debut with iPhone 13 lineup. Rumours suggests that Apple might tweak the processor a bit and call it as A15X, a version made for iPads. Design wise it will retain the new design of iPad Air 2020. Thus, the home button AKA Touch ID will be missed and the bezels will be thinner. The expected display size is between 8.5 inch to 9 inch. Lastly and most importantly, Apple will ditch it’s proprietary Lightning port with universal Type-C port. This will be very convinient for the users, and we wish that iPhone will also get the Type-C port. That would be “Revolutionary”.

So that’s all the information we have as of now. What are your expectations from the new iPad Mini? Let us know in the comment section below.

  1. I do agree with all of the concepts you have offered in your post. They are really convincing and can certainly work. Still, the posts are too quick for novices. May just you please lengthen them a bit from subsequent time? Thank you for the post.
