Nokia C1 Entry-level Smartphone Unveiled With Android Go Edition

The very popular smartphone brand Nokia has unveiled a new entry-level Android smartphone and the device is dubbed as Nokia C1, the name provides nostalgic memory of the Nokia basic phones. Well, the latest Nokia C1 is coming with Android Go edition and it also comes with a normal design and there is no notch or any cut out in the display. Specifications of Nokia C1

The latest Nokia smartphone is coming with 5.45 inch display with FWVGA+ resolution, the device is powered by Quad Core processor and matted with 1 GB of RAM. Well, an Android Go edition smartphone does not require more than this much RAM. In terms of storage, the smartphone comes with 16GB of internal storage and that can be expandable upto 64GB via MicroSD card.

Speaking about the camera department, the new Nokia C1 comes with a single 5 megapixel rear camera with f/2.4 aperture and there is a 5 megapixel front facing camera as well for the selfies and video calls. As I mentioned above, it is an entry-level smartphone and that’s why there is no fingerprint scanner but users can go with the regular security option such as PIN, password, or pattern.

Regarding the connectivity options, the new smartphone supports only 3G and there is no 4G connectivity along with that it supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth v4.20, Micro-USB, FM radio. The Nokia C1 runs Android 9 Pie (Go Edition) and ships on a 2,500 mAh battery.

Unfortunately, the company is yet to announce the pricing details of the device but the company has revealed the availability details and the device will available in Africa, Middle East, and Asian Pacific.
