Last year in May, Google joined its hand with Idea for carrier billing on Google Play. And Google extended carrier billing support to other networks in last month. And now the company is coming with more convenient way for the users, as now you can add cash balance to Google Play Store using Paytm in India.
Paytm the mobile wallet which helps to recharge and pay cash, I don’t think it needs a big introduction, and now Paytm will help you to add balance in your Google Play account. If you are a customer of Airtel, Idea or Vodafone, then you can stay on carrier billing to pay for apps and other products on the Google Play Store. However, if you are not the users of above mentioned network then you can add cash balance in to the Google Play store right from the Paytm app.
How to add balance to the Google Play account via Paytm???
- Open Paytm app and tap Google Play.
- Enter the amount which you want to add.
- As soon as you pay, you will receive your Google Play recharge code on your registered mobile number.
- Now open Google Play Store and app on the menu (three lines) which is located on the upper right corner of the screen.
- Now find Redeem option and tap on it.
- Enter your recharge code and confirm your account.
That’s it, your payment is successful. You can now make purchases from the Google Play Store. The minimum amount of balance you can add in a day to your Google Play account is ₹100, and the maximum amount is ₹1500.
