How to enable the feature
You guys can upload the high resolution images and for the same, you need to enable the feature manually. The same can be enabled very easily by following the steps below.
First of all, you need to go into Settings of the app and select privacy > Data usage > High-quality images uploads and set it to either Mobile data & Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi only from the default Never.
It is worth mentioning that the update is a server side roll out which means there is no guarantee in the availability of the same even after you have the latest version of the Twitter app.
