Qualcomm announced QCC5100 series to give better audio quality an improved battery life which are the major cons of wireless headphones.
Qualcomm has found a solution for seamless audio quality with improved low power audio SoC which is a fully integrated Bluetooth audio solution with Bluetooth radio, Class D headphone driver, a 192 kHZ/24-bit codec, Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation,aptX HD into a single chipset.
“This breakthrough single-chip solution is designed to dramatically reduce power consumption and offers enhanced processing capabilities to help our customers build new life-enhancing, feature-rich devices,” said Anthony Murray, Qualcomm Technologies International senior vice president and general manager of voice & music.
The new technology is promised to give power efficiency, processing capabilities and support new use case.This SoC is highly optimized consumes over 5 mA of current this was demonstrated by Qualcomm. The new Chipset is compatible with Qualcomm’s latest TrueWireless Technology and allows Stereo buds to connect wirelessly. The top-notch feature is, the new software selects the earbuds with high battery remaining and makes this earbud as the master which ensures long lasting battery life.
