The Chinese smartphone brand Realme started its operation in the Indian market in the last year, and the company has done a remarkable job in the Indian market. The company managed to secure a place between the consumers of the country. The smartphone brand focuses on the online market but now it seems that the company is going to rethink, as the company is all set to open an exclusive retail store in India.
Madhav Sheth, CEO of Realme said that the company will expand its business into the offline market of the country by opening an exclusive retail store in the second half of this year. Currently, the smartphone brand has its research and development (R&D) center in Hyderabad which is the first after in China, while its manufacturing factory is located in Greater Noida.
Having said that, Counterpoint Research says that the Realme was among the top smartphone players in the fourth quarter of 2018 with 8 per cent market share.
Well, this really great move by the smartphone brand and this will help the brand to attract more people of the country. And from consumers point of view, now hands on the device before they decide to buy it or not.
