The company has unveiled the smartphone with triple rear camera setup and the device is coming with a 64 megapixel primary sensor on the board. Specifications of Realme V15 5G
The newly announced Realme smartphone features a 6.4 inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution and the device is also coming with punch-hole setup at the top left corner of the screen. The smartphone also sports a 20:9 aspect ratio along with a 90.8 percent screen to body ratio.
It is coming with the power of an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 800U SoC, and that is paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. In terms of storage, the latest Realme V15 5G offers 128GB of onboard UFS 2.1 storage.
Speaking about the camera department, the smartphone features a triple rear camera setup and that is in the combination of a 64-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens, along with an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with an ultra-wide-angle f/2.3 lens, and a 2-megapixel sensor with a macro f/2.4 lens. Realme is also offering a 16 megapixel front facing camera on the device. Realme V15 5G also supports an in-display fingerprint scanner along with the traditional security options and the smartphone supports Hi-Res Audio certification and Dirac HD Sound support.
Coming to the connectivity options, the smartphone supports 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS/ A-GPS, and a USB Type-C port. Realme has launched the smartphone with 4,310mAh battery with the phone that supports up to 65W fast charging and the same is running on Android 10 with Realme UI.
Pricing and availability
The pricing of the smartphone starts at CNY 1,399 for the 6GB RAM variant, while the 8GB RAM option is priced at CNY 1,999. The phone is available for pre-orders in China, and the sale of the smartphone will start on January 14. Unfortunately, there is no information on the availability of the device in the Global market.
