The popular Chinese smartphone brand Vivo is working on its upcoming flagship offering called the Vivo X100 series and the same will include 3 models including the vanilla variant along with Pro and Pro Plus models. It is officially confirmed that the upcoming Vivo X100 Pro Plus smartphone will come with the power of the latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 mobile processor at its heart. It is worth mentioning that the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro smartphones are expected to be announced in November and these devices will come with the power of the upcoming Dimensity 9300 chipset.
Having said that, the Vivo X100 Pro Plus smartphone will be official in the first quarter of next year. Based on the previous reports, the upcoming Vivo X100 Pro Plus smartphone will feature a 6.78-inch curved-edge OLED display along with a Quad HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. The device will run on Android 14 out of the box. It will be coming with 16 GB or 24 GB of LPDDRT RAM and 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The device is expected to house a large 5,400mAh battery with 100W charging and 50W wireless charging.
The device might come with an IMX989 50-megapixel main camera on the back with OIS support and variable aperture, an IMX598 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, an IMX758 50-megapixel telephoto camera, and a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with support for up to 10x optical zoom.
