Back in last month, we came across the leaked specification details of the two new Vivo devices i.e. Y12 and Y15. Well, now we got a piece of new information which suggests that the company will launch the Vivo Y12 smartphone in the market of India as soon as this week.
The smartphone is expected to sport a 6.35-inch HD+ display with 1544 x 720 pixels resolution along with 19.3:9 aspect ratio, and offers 89 percent screen-to-body ratio, and 268PPI. The device will be powered by octa-core MediaTek P22 SoC. It will be available in 3GB + 64GB and 4GB + 32GB storage variants.
It will rock triple rear camera setup, and that will be in the combination of a 13-megapixel primary shooter with an f/2.4 lens, an 8-megapixel secondary shooter with a wide-angle f/2.2 lens, and a third 2-megapixel shooter with depth sensor with an f/2.4 lens. Up front, the Vivo Y12 will have an 8-megapixel front shooter with an f/2.0 lens.
Furthermore, the device will support the fingerprint scanner, dual 4G support, and Bluetooth 5.0. It will run on Android 9.0 with FunTouchOS 9 on top.
The source claims that the 3GB RAM variant will be priced at ₹11,999 and the 4GB RAM variant will be yours for ₹12,999.
