Vivo has launched its new smartphone called the Vivo Y51 (2020) in the market of Indonesia and it is different from the device which was launched in Pakistan a couple of months ago. Vivo launches the same smartphone in September with Quad rear camera setup but now the smartphone is arriving with the triple rear camera setup. I don’t know the logic behind the same name for two different smartphones but Vivo may have its own strategy and planning behind this. Anyway let’s check out the specifications along with the pricing and availability information of the newly announced smartphone.
Specifications of Vivo Y51 (2020)
The smartphone features a 6.58-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution along with a waterdrop-style notch. The Vivo smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 Soc, and the same is paired with 4GB of RAM along with 128GB of onboard storage, which can be expandable up to 256 GB via MicroSD card.
Speaking about the camera department, the latest Vivo Y51 (2020) features a triple rear camera setup – a 48-megapixel primary sensor followed by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 2-megapixel lens. On the front, the smartphone supports a 16-megapixel camera.
Regarding the connectivity options, the smartphone supports 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, USB Type-C port, and 3.5 mm headphone jack. The Vivo Y51 (2020) packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging and the same runs on Funtouch OS 11, based on Android 11.
