After a couple of leaks and teasers, the Chinese smartphone brand Vivo has unveiled its new smartphone in the market of India and the device is called Vivo Z5. The device is coming with cool design and nice specifications on the board to give a great experience. Let’s have a look at the specs sheet, pricing, and availability details of the new Vivo Z5.
Specifications of Vivo Z5
The device features a 6.38 inch Super AMOLED display with 2340 X 1080 pixels resolution 19:5:9 aspect ratio, and it also sports a waterdrop like notch on the top of the display. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 processor and paired with 6/8GB of RAM. In terms of storage, the device supports 64 GB and 128 GB of internal storage and that can be expandable via MicroSD card.
Moving to the camera department, the all new Vivo Z5 rocks triple rear cameras setup and that’s in the combination of a 48-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.79 aperture + 8-megapixel secondary sensor with a wide-angle f/2.2 aperture + a 2-megapixel tertiary sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. For selfies, the smartphone has a 32-megapixel camera with an f/2.0 aperture. The device also features the in-display fingerprint scanner for the additional layer of security.
Talking about the connectivity options, the device supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB with OTG support, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The Vivo Z5 runs Funtouch OS 9.1 based on Android 9 Pie and ships on 4,500 mAh battery with 22.5W Flash Charge fast charging technology.
Pricing and availability
The 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant is priced at CNY 1,598, while the 6GB RAM + 128GB variant has the price tag of CNY 1,898, the 6GB RAM + 256GB variant will be yours for CNY 1,998, and the top-of-the-line 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant is priced at CNY 2,298. The device is available in China but the top-end variant will go on sale from August 6.
