The Facebook owned world’s most favourite instant messaging application WhatsApp stopped working for few hours in several parts of the world including India. During the outage, users were not able to send and receive messages on the messaging platform.
The outage also stopped the WhatsApp Web, and it’s quite natural as it uses the phone’s connection. And when the messenger stopped, the WhatsApp Web was also broken. As the app has billions of users, the outage created huge disturbance between the users.
Moreover, the #WhatsAppDown become the trending on social media website Twitter and lots of trolls kicked-off about the WhatsApp outage. And one of the most liked troll by me, was from the Author Chetan Bhagat.

The official Twitter handle of WhatsApp or their website has not admitted about the outage. However, the issue created a big mess between the users for hours. Let’s hope that this kind of incident may happen in future.
