WhatsApp tests business chat tools for users

WhatsApp the Facebook owned company, allows users to use the app for free of cost. But initially when it launched, the company charges from users after the period of 1 year. However, since Facebook owned the instant messaging app announced that charges will no longer. But the company is now testing new business chat tools for its users to generate some revenue, through the most loved messaging app.

 

 

According to source, the company is testing new business chat tools for its users and it will also help the company to generate revenue. With the new system businesses would be able to chat directly with their customers, while WhatsApp will not charge from its users but it would only charge from businesses for using these tools to get in touch with their customers.

 

It is also to be heard that WhatsApp has joined its hand with Y Combinator startups to test this new system, also the company let businesses contact the customer. WhatsApp taking extra measures to prevent misuse of the new system, and also to avoid spam messages on the platform. WhatsApp is also doing a survey to get a proper idea about how often its users contact businesses on the WhatsApp.
