WhatsApp updated brings GIF Search and more

WhatsApp the world’s most favourite instant messaging application, allows users to send and receive GIF media’s from some time ago. But we can only able to send a GIF media by converting a video into a GIF or by sending already saved GIF media’s, the instant messaging application was not providing the support for GIF searching. Now it will be a history, as the developers of the instant messaging application has updated the app to version 2.17.6, which is in beta version. And now the messaging app supports for GIF search within the app.

If you want to send a GIF, then make sure you have the latest beta version of WhatsApp. Now just tap on the emoji’s button which will then let you switch between emoji’s and GIFs, once you switched to GIF then you can able to scroll through the available GIF’s. Or if you want something else then you can search the one which you are looking for, you can search the GIF’s within the WhatsApp via Giphy and send directly to your friend.

Cool isn’t? The developers gives another ability to the app, as the maximum limit of media files increased. Earlier, the maximum limit of media was 10 but with the latest update we can send upto 30 media files.

So, if you want to use the new features, then head to the link and join WhatsApp beta program.
