The newly announced Xiaomi 12 Pro Dimensity Edition is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ mobile processor and which is an overclocked version of the Dimensty 9000 mobile processor and the newly implemented chipset is made using TSMC’s 4nm node.
It is also claimed that the newly implemented chipset can able to offer a 5% better CPU performance and 10% better GPU performance. Xiaomi has also introduced an all-new 3D cooling system as well. The device is also coming with a massive 5160mAh battery with a 67W fast charging solution.
The device is featuring a 6.73-inch 2K panel E5 AMOLED display with LTPO 2.0 technology and the same offer a peak brightness of 1500nits. The display is also protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass Victus and it is also featuring Dolby vision and HDR10+ certification.
Xiaomi 12 Pro Dimensity Edition has the same primary camera setup but the company has introduced the device with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX707 primary sensor along with a 13-megapixel ultra-wide camera and another 5-megapixel telephoto camera. On the front, the device has a 32-megapixel front facing camera.
It is also supporting a Harman Kardon stereo speaker setup with Dolby Atmos tuning and Hi-res Audio certification. The device supports WiFi 6, 5G among others. It is running on the latest version of the Android Operating System out of the box.
