To solve this particular problem, the Chinese electronics giant Xiaomi has announced a new hassle-free service program in India called the ‘Pick Mi Up’ service.
The new service is meant for existing customers and new buyers. The service will enable you to repair your devices or you can able to try a new device before buying. It is a pick-and-drop service from the company and you can use the service through the Xiaomi Service+ app.

The application offers various facilities including scheduling appointments, live chat with a bot or agent, finding a service center, using self-help resources, checking warranty information, price quotation, among others.
If you are someone already using the application then simply open it or you need to download it from the Google Play Store, you need to log in and enter all the regular details about the device receive want to get serviced. Then the application will be creating a ticket to start the procedure.
Having said that, the company is not offering the service for free of cost and you need to make a payment of Rs 199+ GST, or Rs 99+ GST for either pickup or drop-off.
