After all the leaks and rumours, Xiaomi has launched its latest smartphone called Mi 9T. The device is actually re-branded variant of the Redmi K20 smartphone which was unveiled in last month. The latest Mi 9T smartphone is offered for the users of the European market.
Specifications of Mi 9T
The smartphone sports 6.39 inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ (2340×1080) resolution and 403 ppi density. It has 19.5:9 aspect ratio, are DCI-P3 enabled, and protected with Gorilla Glass 6 on top. It is by Qualcomm’s premium mid-range Snapdragon 730 octa core processor clocked at 2.2Ghz and built on 8nm process. For graphics, it has Adreno 618 GPU. The device is paired with 6GB of RAM and has 64/128GB internal storage options, Also the MicroSD card slot is supported.
Talking about the camera, the Mi 9T rocks triple camera setup at the back and that’s in the combination of 48 MP primary sensor with Dual LED Flash, f/1.75 aperture, 1/2″ Sony IMX582 sensor, 0.8μm pixel size, 6P lens + 8 MP 1/4″ telephoto lens with 1.12μm pixel size, f/2.4 aperture + 13 MP 1/3″ 124.8° ultra-wide sensor, 1.12μm pixel size, f/2.4 aperture. For the Front camera, it has a pop-up 20MP sensor with f/2.2 lens and AI portrait/beauty mode as well.
The device runs on Android 9.0 Pie out of the box with MIUI 10 on top, and packs in a 4,000 mAh battery with Quick Charge 4 (18W) fast charging support. For security, it has optical fingerprint sensor under the display and AI based face unlock. For gaming, the smartphone comes with Game Turbo 2.0, which gives lossless frame rates while gaming, without generating much heat. For connectivity, the smartphone supports 4G, dual band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, FM Radio, aptX HD, and Type-C port.
Pricing and availability
The 64 GB storage variant is priced at 299 euros and the 128 GB variant will cost you 399 euros. It will be available from June 17.
