Recently, the new sub-brand of Xiaomi unveiled the first Android Go powered smartphone and the device is called Redmi Go. Well, now we got a new report which says that Xiaomi is working on three new devices and the two of them are Android One devices. According to the source, the Chinese giant is working on three smartphones and they are code-named as “pyxis,” “bamboo_sprout,” and “cosmos_sprout.” Out of these three, “bamboo_sprout” and “cosmos_sprout” are likely to be the Android One devices. Furthermore, all these are being tested with “fod,” or fingerprint on display, and this suggests that the devices will come with the in-display fingerprint scanner.
The source also says that the device will have a 32 megapixel front facing camera with the 4 in 1 pixel binning technology which will make things together from 4 pixels to create one large pixel. Apart from this, there is no information available about the devices at this moment of time but you can believe to hear more about the same in the coming days.
Having said that, this is not the first time Xiaomi is bringing the Android One smartphones. The company already launched Mi A1 and Mi A2 devices and both of them are powered by Android One.
