Few days back we got some rumours of Google Pixel 2 which includes a rumour that this phone will have curved display that too with thin bezels. Well it’s not the matter of huge surprise as 2017 belongs to bezel-less flagships. You all know that Google will launch two different models of Pixel 2, one is regular Pixel 2 & other is bigger sized Pixel XL 2. Now seems like Google has some other plans for the smaller Pixel in terms of display.
According to the new report of Evan Blass on VentureBeat, the smaller Google Pixel 2 will come with thick bezels instead of thin bezels like it’s bigger variant & other 2017 flagships. Especially the chins on top & bottom are very big, as you can notice from the image above. Now this thing seems to be weird as many flagships are going for bezel-less design, and here Google is sticking to thick chins. Even many mid-range smartphones have less bezels as compared to this leaked photo. Only nice thing here is that this phone will have dual front firing speakers. Also another thing to be noticed is that this Google Pixel 2 will still have the single rear camera, not dual camera setup unlike many other devices. Now this seems very old fashioned as the midrange phone Honor 6X too have a dual camera setup.
