After several leaks and rumours, LG has finally announced the new series of Q6. The company says, the device is to be offered for the all-new Q6 series will be midrange and give premium features at competitive price. The new series has announced with 3 variants and features the FullVision display with 18:9 aspect ratio, with this live streaming videos will look better. It also has bezel-less design and the series is lightweight.
As I mentioned above, LG has announced three variants in the new series called LG Q6, LG Q6 Plus and LG Q6a. Each one of the device has 5.5 inch 18:9 FullHD+ display, with 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution and pixel density of 442 ppi. The devices of the new series also have curved edges on the screen, and all the devices features metallic frames made up of 7000series aluminium.
The new series of devices are powered by octa core Snapdragon 435 processor, along with Adreno 505 GPU. The LG Q6 has 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage, the Q6a comes out with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage, and the Q6 Plus has 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage.
Speaking about the camera, all the devices has 13 megapixel rear camera along with 5 megapixel wide-angle front facing camera with Facial Recognition feature. And the new Q6 Series comes with a new feature called square camera mode which will allow you to take Collage made up of multiple square images.
All the devices are running on Android Nougat v7.1.1, with LG’s UX 6.0 on top. And the devices are backed on 3,000 mAh battery, and it is non-removable.
