After unveiling the Mi Mix 2 in last month, Xiaomi has launched the device in India at an event in New Delhi. Let’s find out the pricing and other details of the device.
The Mi Mix 2 comes with the gorgeous bezel-less design, the bottom chin of the device is slightly more thin now, (as compared to predecessor). And the four sides are now curved, the back of the device is made up of ceramic with aluminium alloy sides.
It sports a 5.99-inch full display with 18:9 aspect ratio, along with 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution. It is powered by 2.45 GHz octa core Kyro 280 processor, 10nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, 64-bit, and the device is paired with 6 GB RAM along with Adreno 540 for graphical department. The device will be available in 128 GB of internal storage, but it can’t be expandable.
The same “Cantilever Piezoelectric Ceramic Acoustic Technology” through which the caller’s sound comes from the screen itself, and the fingerprint sensor is located at the back side of the device. There’s no 3.5mm headphone jack, only USB Type C Port through which we can insert 3.5mm headphone jack to USB Type C connector.
It has 12 megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX386 with 4-axis OIS, 1.25 micron sensor, f/1.8 aperture and dual-tone LED flash, and it also has 5 megapixel front facing camera. The device has Dual Nano SIM, with 4G LTE and VoLTE connectivity. It runs on Android Nougat v7.1.1 which is based on MIUI 9, and the device is backed on 3,400 mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0.
