The tech giant Microsoft has announced new Surface Pro, it is the successor of the last year’s Surface Pro. On the first look, the new Surface Pro looks a lot like the old Surface Pro. But the company brings changes under the hood, and changes design. Let’s find out everything about the device, read on.
The all new Surface Pro comes with 12.3 inch display, high resolution touch display (2736 x 1824). The device is thinnest and lightest one yet by the company. On the back, it allows to adjust to an angle of 165-degrees, which makes writing and drawing easier.

The new Surface Pro will be available in different variants; 7th generation Intel ‘Kaby Lake’ Core m3, Core i5 and Core i7. The Core m3 and i5 models will ship with a fan-less design, the top model, i7 still include a fan.

It has 8 megapixel primary camera, and it also has 5 megapixel front facing camera both with 1080 pixels video. It also includes USB 3.0 connector, Mini DisplayPort, microSDXC card reader and headphone jack. It also features dual microphones and all new 1.6W stereo speakers along with Dolby Audio Premium.
Microsoft also includes Surface Dial support on the display of the new Surface Pro, with this user can place it on top of the display and interact with apps like sketch able.
The company also launches Surface Pen, along with the new Surface Pro. It will not be in the box of the Surface Pro, you have to purchase it separately for $99. The Surface Pen has 4096 pressure points, alongside a reduction in the activation force.

Microsoft also features 4G LTE connectivity model of the Surface Pro, and it will support micro SIM and eSIM. The company hasn’t revealed anything exactly about the Surface Pro with LTE. And the company promises to give 13.5 hours of battery life.
Microsoft bringing Alcantara for the Surface Pro keyboard, the company also has platinum, burgundy and cobalt blue Surface Pro Type Covers and it will be available separately for $159. Regular black Type Cover (without the Alcantara) for $129.
Microsoft has also updated its Office 365 with the inking feature which will advantage to the Surface Pen, the company has also announced an app called Whiteboard. It will be exclusive for the users of the Surface, with this users can do collaborate multi-device inking.
