Google is adding a new level of customization to ads, which means now you can choose which kind of ads you want to see whenever, you browse a website. To control ads there is a new feature Google introduced which is called ‘Ad settings’, which allows you to choose the type of ads.
Ads settings is come with three sections they are topics, profile and interests.
- Topics: allows you to enable or disable specific topics for ads, the topics are suggested from your browsing history.
- Profile: is where you can enter your gender and age.
- Interests: in this section you can allow Google to show ads based on your search queries and browsing.
This is really a cool step by Google to allow users to choose which type of ads you wish to see. Head to Ads Settings Page and adjust according to your own interest.
