Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 Launched In India

At MWC 2017, Samsung unveiled Galaxy Tab S3, their flagship tablet of 2017. It packs some decent specs & right now latest Samsung product after Galaxy Note (7) 5 to come with S-Pen. Now today Samsung has officially launched this tablet in India. This is the only tablet which gives competition to Apple iPad Pro 2017, as we all know that the tablet market is very down as compared to Smartphone market. So let’s have a look what this tablet brings.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 sports a 9.7” QUAD HD Super AMOLED 2k Display. It has a glass back with metal frame and the thickness is only 6mm. This Galaxy Tab S3 packs Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 quad core processor clocked at 2.15Ghz . It has 4GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage with expandable storage via SD card slot. It has 13MP Rear Camera with single LED flash and f1.9 lens. For selfies it has an 5MP front facing camera with f2.2 lens. It has 6000mah battery. There will be four speakers on different side of the tablet. These speakers are made by the partnership of Samsung with AKG Acoustics, So the sound via the speakers should be good. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. For connectivity it has dual band wifi and single sim slot with 4G LTE support. The fingerprint sensor is also there on the home button.

Now coming to the points of a tablet. There will be the S-PEN for easy & more beneficial use of the tablet. It have features like Apple Pencil & Surface Pen. It’s nice to see that this S-PEN will be included in the box without any extra charges, as the Apple Pencil will be sold separately for iPad Pro. There’s another accessory for the Galaxy Tab S3, the passive keyboard. It’s somewhat similar to the Microsoft Surface Pro 4. But this keyboard is a separate accessory and will sold separately. There will be another Samsung tablet features like notes, drawing pad, etc.

• This Tablet is priced at INR 47,990 /- for WiFi variant, no information about other variant.

• It will be available across all Samsung stores in India starting today. No information about online availability.

• Samsung will include offers like free Jio 4G data and bundled AKG earphones.

• This tablet will available in two colour variants : Black & White.
