Over the past few weeks, we were getting quite number of Galaxy Note 8 leaks, which includes specs, images and launch date. Now seems like one of these three leaks will stop, as Samsung has sent out invites to Bloggers, Youtubers and media for the Galaxy Note 8’s launch event.
The Galaxy Note 8 is going to launch on 23rd August 2017 i.e. a month later. This launch will happen at Samsung’s Unpacked Event at New York City. As you can see from the invite image above, you will notice that there are two thin bezels of bottom and top of the phone, sides are completely bezel-less. So the display is going to be exactly same as what we have seen with Galaxy S8/S8+ . There’s a rendered image of Samsung’s Proprietary S-Pen as well, which is the USP of Galaxy Note devices. Also the caption mentioned on the invite is “Do bigger things” , which indicates to a slightly larger 6.4 inch display as compared to 6.3 inch display of Galaxy S8+ .
So that’s all the information we have as of now. Rumoured specs of Galaxy Note 8 will be similar to Galaxy S8/S8+ ; Quad HD display, Exynos 8895/Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB RAM (maybe 6GB), and fingerprint sensor on the back (that weird position). We might see a Dual Camera Setup on the Rear side, 1st for Samsung.
