You may be able to create any mail ID in your mother tongue. As Indian government asks to develop an option to create email addresses in regional languages to the tech giants.
In a recent meeting with Google, Microsoft, etc, the Government of India have asked enable users to sign up in their own languages. And to start the initiative with Hindi language.

The Government of India wants this initiative because the Bharat net project will connect 250,000 gram panchayats through Internet in the next few years. and if people could be able to sign up in their own languages, then it will be more effective in between villagers.
So this is really a great moment by Indian government to allow villagers connect with Internet in their own language. Let’s hope everything will come out in a good way and the mother tongue initiative will happen as soon as possible.
